Preschool Information
WPUMC Preschool complies with all standards required by the Colorado statute, Rules Regulating Child Care Centers (7.702), set in place by the Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Child Care.
Children ages 12 months (and walking) through 5 years old may participate in the program, which is available Monday through Friday from 9:20 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. Our school term is from September to May. Our summer camps term is from June to August.

We also offer Enrichments every weekday which extend our school hours to 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All enrolled children are eligible to join our Enrichment Program. Parents are asked to sign children up in advance of each month and may choose which Before Care and/or After Care Enrichments they want their children to join. If using Before Care, parents may drop off anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 9:20 a.m. If using After Care, parents may pick up anytime between 2:40 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The cost for our Enrichments Program is listed at the bottom of this webpage.

If you are interested in registering for our 15 hour UPK schedule option, please contact Erin, our Preschool Director, by emailing [email protected]. 2025 Spring Registration
Interested in joining us for the Spring Semester 2025? We currently have openings for children ages 3 and older! If you are interested in enrolling your child, you will need to first join our waitlist for the 2024-2025 School Year (September 2024-May 2025). The waitlist is free to join and is first come, first serve. To join the waitlist, please fill out the application for each child you want to enroll by clicking the link below:

After you have filled out the application, please email Erin, our Preschool Director, by emailing [email protected], so we can confirm that your application was received. We will then do our best to enroll your child depending upon availability.
Summer Program 2025
Registration for our Summer Program 2025 will open at 8am on Monday, January 6th and continue through 5pm on Sunday, January 19th. All families including current families must register during the Registration Period. Current families and families of alumni will be given first priority to enroll and the remaining open spots will be filled with new families in the order by which each family application was received. For that reason, we highly encourage new families, especially, to apply as soon as our Registration opens on Monday, January 6th. PLEASE FILL OUT ONE FORM PER CHILD.

The ten-week Summer Program will begin on Monday, June 2nd and extend through Friday, August 15th. We will be closed on June 19th for the Juneteenth holiday and Monday, June 30th through Friday, July 4th for the Independence holiday. We offer great flexibility with our Summer Program -- parents may choose which of the ten weeks to enroll and you will also have the option of choosing to change your schedule from week to week (Monday through Friday, MWF or TTh). Our only requirement is that children who are enrolling in the 1 year old classroom must attend for at least two consecutive weeks in order to help ensure a smoother transition into our Summer Program. The tuition rates (which can be found on this page if you scroll down) will be charged by week, but the full amount of summer tuition plus the registration fee will be due upon acceptance of your child's spot for the summer. Please note that the tuition will be non-refundable because we staff according to enrollment.
Parents will be contacted via email if your child has a spot for the 2025 Summer Program. The email will include a deadline for parents to accept the spot and make the payment for the non-refundable registration fee and the summer tuition total. If the payment is not received by the deadline, the spot will be offered via email to the next family on the waitlist.
2025-2026 School Year Registration
Registration for the Fall of 2025 School Year (September 2025-May 2026) will open on Monday, February 3rd at 8am. Registration will close on the evening of Sunday, February 16th at 5pm. All families including current families must register during the Registration Period. Current families and families of alumni will be given first priority to enroll for the Fall of 2025. The remaining open spots will be filled by doing a Lottery Drawing of the new families who have registered, and any other new families who were not drawn from the Lottery will be added to our NEW 2025 WAITLIST for the 2025-2026 school year. Please note that the waitlist will be put in order of first come, first serve based on the timestamp of when each child is registered using the registration link, so the sooner you register your child, the better your chances of enrolling your child!

Parents will be contacted via email if your child has a spot for the 2025-2026 school year.
