Recycle, Reduce, Reuse
Help us reduce our impact on the environment by recycling, reducing and reusing with us. Here are a few ways you can help:
Communicating online instead of in print
  • Receive weekly email announcements and monthly newsletters via email.  Subscribe now.
  • Do you have have a job opening that you need filled? Something to sell? Post on our online bulletin board.  
  • Our online church directory helps you match names to the faces in the congregation. Contact the church office for your login and password.  You can also see your giving statement on your directory profile. 
  • Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. See the social media buttons in the footer of this webpage.
  • Receive quarterly giving statements via email, which will save approximately 1,000 pieces of paper, envelopes, and stamps a year.
Reducing waste during worship service
  • After worship service, recycle your bulletins in the recycle bins located near the East and South doors of the sanctuary.
  • Purchase a reusable WPUMC water bottle or WPUMC coffee cup with lid.

Online Giving
We have two new ways to donate, which are easy and friendly to the environment:
  1. You can give online, instead of writing checks. The new online donation system allows you to make a one-time donation or set up recurring giving. You can also specify a program for your giving, such as missions.
  2. We also have a tablet and credit/debit card reader for online giving.  Each Sunday, you can donate with the swipe of a credit/debit card. The tablet and card reader will be set up near our coffee station before and after worship service.
